Our Pledge

Exquisite Quality, Immaculate Processes and Adequate Methods

We truly believe in giving the best of the best, starting from the highest quality seeds for cultivation to implementing the best agricultural practices. Our farming community follows fair trade policies and takes the best produce from farmlands to consumers. Our production unit makes sure crops are checked well for quality before going ahead for processing. Our main goal is the betterment of our farmers and our consumers. We follow stringent process and they begin not in our factory, but at the farm itself.

Collaborated Farming

We join hands with farmers after a thorough inspection and investigation of their farmlands and soil fertility. Once a farmer is a part of the Kuroli Foods family, our plantation team gives him training in cultivating seeds in the right manner for maximum production. We take utmost care of the upkeep of a farm and the harvesting of crops. Along with providing the finest quality of seeds, we give them guidance on the usage of pesticides and fertilizers. At regular intervals our team visits the farms to check the crop condition and resolves the challenges faced by farmers.

Sorting and Grading Produce

As soon as the crops are harvested they are transported directly to the plant. The raw materials are then segregated, weighed and distributed for the next process. The crops are all shifted to a sorting hall, where it will be cleaned & separated. After this, each lot goes through a stringent inspection. It then enters the washing section where depending on the type of product, it will be put through either a bubble washer or a float washer. After that, the required product goes further on for cutting or for blanching depending on the product packaging. The last process is filling up the product as per the desired package sealing. At times, some produce has to go through pasteurization, as per product requisite.

Final Packaging and Dispatching

The semi-packed products are then shifted to our secondary packing hall. For final approval, a sample is taken from each batched and sent to our on-site laboratory for quality check. The batch of production is kept on hold until we get an official approval from our test laboratories. Only after a “Good-to-Go” approval from the labs, the products will be released further on for the final packaging. Each product batch has its own unique labelling, coding and packaging. Once this process is done, the consignment will be ready for dispatch. Time to time samples will also be sent to external laboratories for testing. A buyer can also assign their own external laboratory for testing.
